Early Gift

We went a head and gave Jacob his Christmas gift from us so he can use it now. I put it together today and he seems to like it.

The Past Few Days

Okay, here are the events of the past few days. We are still trying to get a card photo for the holidays and this one didn't work either but I thought it was really funny. I picture Jacob saying "Oh...It's you" and Phoenix saying "OH ...It's YOU!!!
He has the biggest smile sometimes, I just love it.

I love how full his face looks in this one. And This is one of my favorite outfits too. I think Jacob looks so good in orange.
This morning Jacob woke up all congested. But he is still in a great mood. He is squirming all over the place, he wants to crawl so bad. He straightens his legs and gets his bottom in the air and kicks. He just needs to figure out holding his front up more.


We love our mornings with him in bed with us. He is such a cuddly little guy to sleep next to. I LOVE it!

FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh...finally I can type on my blog again! Basically- I accidentally spilled water on our laptop on Halloween and the computer officially died this week. It was a slow process. We were ordering parts to have it fixed but the cost was going up and it was more realistic to just get a new one instead of fixing the other. So...I am finally able to type again. I have gone back and update a few posts if anyone cares to go back and read what was going on at the time the photos were taken. I will post more bright and early.

Tasty Toes

Jacob is getting more flexible. He was putting his toes in his mouth and then making a funny face afterwards. I guess he prefers the taste of his fingers over his toes.

As Big As Jake

We are still waiting to get a big tree, so we have our little one up again which I really like. I think it's so cute. Reminds me of Charley Brown's tree in a way. Phoenix of course thinks it is there just for her to mess with. We had to get the water bottle out to finally get her to leave it alone.

Getting Colder

The weather is getting colder now, sometimes Jacob needs his little hat. I think he looks so cute in it.

We tried to get a family picture for the Christmas card but realized Phoenix isn't in it. We will keep trying to get one.

Go Texas!!!

Well, it was a sad day for Texas- A & M won. But at the start of the game both guys were happy and ready to see Texas win. Poor Texas...or actually-poor Travis.

Turkey Day Flag Football Game

For Thanksgiving this year we were here instead of in Texas with family. It was a nice day, a bit chilly in the morning which helped make it feel a little more like Thanksgiving for us. Since it was just the two of us (eating that is) we picked up Boston Market and relaxed the day away. No cooking, good food, no clean up...very doable. Travis played flag football with some friends in the morning. It was fun to watch and cheer him on. Too cute all cuddled up.

4 Month Check-Up

All went well, 15.1 lb, 26 in.

Poor guy had to get 4 shots...so sad. He is doing great though.

Healthy and happy- a mothers dream.
