4 & 2 year Check Ups

Today was the kids well check appointments. Abbey braved it with me since kids were going to get shots.
Paige's stats: 4 years, 41.5 inches (85%), & 37.5 lbs (75%). She had to get four shots and was not happy.
Eli's stats: 2 years, 35.5 inches (80%), & 34 lbs (96%). He got one shot and a CB poke on his finger and turned out he is anemic. Needs a multi- vitamin.

Eli turns TWO

Today is my sweet E baby's 2nd birthday! He is such a big boy. We started with family pictures which came out great. We got his 2 year pictures and he is just adorable as always. Then we got home and let him open his big present from us. I ran out of paper so we just had him close his eyes. Here he is waiting.... So cute!....He made the surprised sound in his throat and seemed pretty happy about his gift. Waiting while daddy blew it up.Paige excited to play too.Hugging the box.Ta-Da!!! Pretty fun for everyone!Zach and Abbey came into town for the week too and then my family all came over for Eli's BD dinner and celebration.Half of the dinner crowd. The other table was full too. Christmas 2011

Christmas break has gone well, the kids were very excited about this Christmas. We didn't do much all week, laid low. Here we are on Friday the 23 going for a walk looking at all the neighborhood decorations.Daddy surprised us on our walk by coming home early. I Love how Jacob's ears are coming out of the hat.Our Elf picked a symbolic last spot for the year on Christmas Eve- holding baby Jesus. The kids said good-night and good-bye for the year at bed time on Christmas Eve. They love our Elf.Christmas morning- always a fun time. Started with prayer and singing happy birthday to Jesus, then we started with stockings.Eli got a train whistle. My last day to have a one year old!All my family came over for Christmas dinner. It was wonderful. We even got a group shot.
