New old toy

Paige was hitting her toy today a little. Jacob loves playing with this toy when he is in her room. It was his first but I doubt he remembers it. I have had it laying flat (it goes flat and up) and Jacob had not seen it this way and was wanting to play with it. He kept making the sign "all done" as if to imply that Paige was all done with it so he could have it. It was so funny.
Here is a video of them. Eventhough he didn't want to share he was good about it. Here he is about to give her big kisses.
I love this outfit but didn't think she was going to get to wear it but with all the warm weather she did. Yay! :)

Go Hogs...I mean Horns!

Yes- Because of friends and uncle Robert, we are Razorback fans too. Check out this darling cheerleader outfit my friend Maggie got Paige when I was still pregnant. It is too cute! Here is a cute video of her talking too-
I love the bloomers!
The next two are so funny to me. It looks like she is in the middle of a cheer when she realizes she is sporting Arkansas instead of Texas!
And she is upset by this and is trying to make the UT sign!

Fun with Friends

We had such a fun weekend with friends we haven't been able to see yet. Saturday night we went to Angela and Zac's wedding shower. It was so fun! I told Travis we have to have a party soon! The sad part is we are not going to be able to go to their wedding- we will be out of town that weekend.
Then Sunday Our friends Jonathan, Allison, and Caleb came over to hang out and meet Paige.
Caleb is so cute and so good! Jacob and Paige were not as cooperative for a picture. Paige looks tired and Jacob is trying to watch his video. It looks like Caleb is trying to get Jacob's attention.
Everyone enjoying Baby Einstein.
Jacob is 14 months older than Caleb.
We think Jacob looks like a baseball player in this outfit...it's the socks.
On Monday I got a great video of Jacob playing with his basketball hoop.
I think this picture is so cute... my little love bug.

Through the Week

On Mondays, Kimberly, our friends daughter, comes over to play with Jacob so I can get some stuff done. We have only had her over 2 times but already Jacob loves her. I pulled out the markers to let him color but he had more fun coloring on his legs. I love the picture of him cuddled into her while she reads to him.
Phoenix is so funny too. She stands watch at the door the whole time Jacob is outside. She is really trying to get as close to being outside as possible, and sometimes does dart out, but it looks like she is watching over Jacob to make sure he is safe.
Look at that smile! He just loves being outside.
Paige was all smiles after her nap in the car.
Jacob loves to drink from straws. So every time I go to Starbucks I get him a water cup and we both enjoy our Starbucks decaf drinks.
Paige finally made it up to Daddy's office. I left my camera in the car though so we got one in the parking lot- look how big her eyes are...so funny!
Jacob is a handful sometimes. This is his new thing- he can crawl in but can't get out. So the minute you take him out he crawls right back in. So I leave him in there until he is really ready to get out and stay out. Here is the video- I like how he does the baby sign for help.
Paige had her first real bath!! Since it took so long for the cord to fall off (8 weeks and a day) she had never had a real bath in the tub. But we were cleared for water and she didn't really like it. She didn't cry but she looked as though she wanted to go back to her sponge baths in the kitchen.
I love her expression. And look at that full belly.
After her bath she was much happier.
Here are some cute videos of Paige. Here she is trying to eat her hand or maybe suck her thumb...time will tell. And here she is just cooing and hanging out. And here she is smacking on my shoulder. And finally here she is with daddy playing with her- this one is the cutest.

Got Milk?

Jacob is so funny! I guess he thought he would help me out with making milk for Paige. Don't worry- the pump wasn't on.
He sees me pumping every 3 hours so he knows the drill. We laughed so hard and grabbed the camera. Here is a short video- it's short because I was out of disk space, I wish I could have taped more.

2 Months Old

Paige is 2 months old today- She is so sweet and lovable. We are so blessed by our baby girl. Time is flying! She is so big now and still as precious as ever.
She is smiling and cooing now which I just love. Here is a video. It's really cute when she watches Jacob. I know as she gets bigger she will be so entertained by everything he does.
She is still not yet sleeping through the night and I think we have a while before she does.
We also don't have a day routine yet which annoys me a little but oh well. I can't remember when Jacob got on a day schedule. Thankfully her nights are very predictable.
She doesn't like her tummy time, she will fuss and then roll over to get off her tummy. But we still put her there to work on her holding her head up.
She loves it when I hold her and she still loves snuggling with me when she sleeps. This is her favorite position with me and I love it too!
UPDATE: Today (Monday) she went to the doctor for her check up and she looks perfect. She weighs 10.10 (50%) and is 22 and 3/4 in (50% -75%) and her head was 15 in (30%). Poor baby had to have 5 shots and drink a drink! It was so sad. Just like Jacob she has eczema, only hers is on her face where Jacob's is on his legs. She weighed 10 pounds even last Monday so she gained 10 ounces in a week which is more than the half an ounce per day.

Friday morning I finally got some big smiles from Paige on the camera. Here is a video-
Later that night Travis and I finally had our first date since Paige was born.

Travis & Allie have the same Birthday's.

Where's Jacob?

This is his new hiding place-
I love his little fingers sticking out.
Here is the video-

Valentine's Day

I decided to help the kids do Valentines for Daddy. I love his wide little hands and her long narrow feet.
I keep trying to get a picture of her smiling but all I can capture are these small ones.
