Travis and Andrea's Family

We are not consistent with the infant sign language at all, but we do use the signs for "more" and "all done". Jacob started doing "all done" about a month ago but is not really into it. But today he started signing "more" and was very good at using it when he wanted more food. Here is a video clip for the baby signing for "more", and here is Jacob doing it. It is so cute to see him tell me what he wants and to put his own spin on how it is signed.
Daddy tickling Jacob
Our newest routine is to have wrestling and tickle time on our big bed and Jacob loves it.
Jacob is very ticklish on the ears and so I LOVE this picture of Jacob screaming in delight at Daddy kissing Jacob's ears. Here is a darling video of Daddy tickling his ears and playing.

Internet for Infants???
Jacob loves to sit with us whenever we are on the computer. So now he walks over to the computer chair and says "up" to let you know he wants to play at the computer too.
So this morning he told Daddy he wanted up and Travis put him in the chair alone and he really liked that! He looks so cute. Maybe he was trying to check the blog????

Where's Baby Paige???
Here is a really cute video of Jacob finding Baby Paige...he is so smart!
He also started holding on long enough for a horsey ride from anyone willing to take him around.

Weekend Update
Well we had a busy weekend. Zach and Val headed home on Saturday and we now have Abbey for a little while longer. Jacob isn't going to know what to do when it is just us again! He started having allergy problems on Wednesday but by the weekend they were killing him. Sunday was the worst! Poor guy looked like he was so sad because his eyes wouldn't stop watering, plus the nose was running and sneezing and then a cough from all the drainage. And if we got out anywhere it was worse. So we kept him in and he got better with some Children's Benadrly.
But all he wanted to do Sunday was cuddle. Abbey was a great sport and pulled him to his hearts content.

We're having a Girl
We had our sonogram today and found out we are having a girl! We are so thrilled too. She is perfect, everything looks healthy which is the most important part. Her name is Paige Dawson Wood. I just knew we were having a girl from the very beginning and the whole time I knew her name would be Paige. Thankfully we have already agreed on all our names for at least 5 kids so Travis loved the name too. I am 19 and a half weeks along and feeling great. We can't wait to hold her and show her to her older brother in 20 more weeks.

Video updates
Well tomorrow is the day we have been waiting for- we find out if Jacob is having a brother or a sister. I am very excited. We took a lot of videos this week and very few pictures so here are some updates on those. But we did go to the pool by our house and it is awesome- but of course I couldn't find my camera until we were leaving. So I will get more later when we go back. But I did get this one of Jacob chill'n in the shade.
Abbey and Val got here yesterday. Here is a cute video of Jacob say "up" to Abbey. I like how at the end he moves her hands to help her pick him up.

Pickle Boy
Jacob loves pickles! He is so funny. We thought he would make a funny face but nope, he loves them. (We gave him a lemon to see a funny face too, and he did nothing.) Here is a video of our pickle eating boy.
Here is my 18 week picture. I start week 19 today and only have to wait a few more days to know if we are having a boy or a girl. I can't wait!!!! Plus the baby moves a lot. Maybe we are going to have another busy baby!

Indoor play area
At the mall they have a great kids play area. Usually this place is jam packed with kids but we went early, around 8, and had it all to ourselves.
It's so great because it's all padded so it's easy for kids to play without getting hurt.
